Acceptable Use Policy
Policy version: 1.0.0
Operator: Stardesign I+D+i SpA
Applies to: capability scans, quotes, direct payments, Agent-on-Demand builds, catalog publication, REST, MCP, A2A and direct paid invocation.
Automated Safety Gate
LORE-0 does not automatically quote, charge, build or execute capabilities whose purpose is to facilitate restricted or illegal activity.
Restricted categories
- Sexual services, prostitution and explicit sexual-content businesses.
- Any sexual exploitation of children or minors.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition and explosives.
- Illicit drugs, narcotics and trafficking.
- Alcohol, tobacco and nicotine sales, promotion or commercial optimization.
- Fraud, scams, credential theft, malware, cyber abuse, money laundering and stolen goods.
- Human trafficking, forced labour and sexual exploitation.
- Terrorism or violent-extremist operational support, recruitment or propaganda.
- Other capabilities explicitly intended to facilitate illegal activity or evade law enforcement.
Human review
A request concerning a restricted topic may have a legitimate protective purpose — for example compliance, detection, moderation, academic research, public health, investigation or risk prevention. Those cases are not automatically approved: LORE-0 returns HUMAN_REVIEW_REQUIRED and disables automated payment, build and execution until reviewed.
Blocked requests
Clearly facilitative restricted requests return RESTRICTED_CAPABILITY. No quote ID, checkout, payment order, build task or execution is created.
Defence in depth
The Safety Gate is checked at multiple stages. Passing one earlier check does not guarantee later execution; LORE-0 may re-check a request before payment capture, build or invocation.
